Alaska Fish and Chicken: Fresh Seafood and Perfectly Fried Chicken Wings

Best chicken and fish I’ve tasted in a long time. Brought some to a party and everyone absolutely loved them! Everything on their menu taste awesome! I come all the way from Troy just for their chicken and fish. How the chicken and fish stays crispy on the drive home is amazing! Prices are very reasonable and the people are friendly and take pride in their food! Best of all no drama and no bad attitude! Clean, fast and fresh. Order ahead so you don’t have to wait. We usually come on a Sunday during football weekend. It’s worth the drive! Highly recommend!

Great place for fish and chicken. It’s like stepping into the south. Staff is very friendly and place is always a bit busy, so you know it’s a local hit!

Will order it again, also some fish. Even the rain storm, didn't keep me from picking it up. And all the seniors here at Pentris apartments, enjoy the wings, even if the lions did lose.

Anything you order fried here is gonna be really well seasoned and crazy crispy. So crispy, it stayed the course after an hour in the car- how many spots can say that about their fried food ? Now, I can only speak to the chicken, fish and the skramps, but if you didn’t have to travel an hour away, this crispy might chip a tooth. The service was friendly, accommodating and efficient. No attitude. And when I mean well seasoned, it’s on the fence leaning towards the saltiness of the sea. If that’s your ting- welcome home. If not, I think there’s a bland spot across the street calling your name, Karen. It’s so good, my bro (who used to live in OP) drives over here from Troy (hour + round trip) for the fried goodness here he. If I lived closer, my cholesterol would be at defcon 4 because I’d be eating here a few times a week, it’s that good, hood food, Ken.

Some of largest and best shrimp I've had. They were tender and fresh. Most places don't actually serve "jumbo" shrimp to the size, but these were actually JUMBO!! They didn't over do it on the lemon pepper seasoning either, it was just right.

Well looks like my Chicken eating days are over. No more Wings, no more 5/10 pc. Mixed . Alaska it was my pleasure to have had you serve me, but on 10/06/2025 my Chicken was fried so hard I threw it away. I Quit ...I'll just go back to my Fruit and Vegetable diet. Alaska fish and chicken in Oak Park is outstanding. Great customer service, well-mannered and it didn't take forever! Very fresh fish, clean and it doesn't smell very fishy when you enter!
